Rubber gasket seal rings create a compliant contact around a joint or opening. A nonstandard ring can follow the available sealing land, with dimensions, compound and color customized for the assembly. The useful ring geometry is determined by the surfaces that actually support and compress it.
Compare the inner opening and outside edge with the mating faces. The rubber should cover the intended contact region without projecting into a passage or beyond an unsupported edge. Thickness must suit the closed joint, including the available compression when fasteners or other retention are applied.
Choose the formulation for the substances and temperatures at the joint. When fitting, keep the ring flat and free of twists before bringing the faces together. Tightening should follow the assembly design rather than continue until rubber is visibly squeezed from the joint. During inspection, a contact mark concentrated on one side can indicate uneven seating. Correct the mating relationship before replacing the ring, and preserve the selected material and section when the joint is rebuilt for continued service.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
