A clear silicone gasket lets the appearance of the sealing component coordinate with a transparent or light-colored assembly. Clarity can also make some trapped particles visible while the part is loose. It does not make the complete contact path visible once an opaque cover or flange conceals the joint.
Plan inspection around what can actually be seen. Examine both faces before positioning the gasket, then check the visible perimeter as the adjoining component reaches its seat. A clean outer edge does not rule out a particle beneath the inner contact band. Handle the part at areas that will not carry the seal where practical, keeping fingerprints and loose debris off the mating faces.
Custom dimensions can follow the required washer or ring form. The transparent compound must still be appropriate for the contacted contents and care process. If clarity changes during service, inspect the actual contact surface rather than judging suitability from color alone. Replacement selection needs to preserve the developed section and material; transparency is an additional appearance choice, not a dimensional specification.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The transparent compound must still be appropriate for the contacted contents and care process. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
