Match the attachment and installation method
A silicone rubber o-ring and a flat washer serve different seating arrangements. The ring section should match a developed groove, while a flat washer needs supported faces across its width. Selecting by outside diameter alone can leave the wrong contact geometry in the joint.
Custom dimensions, hardness and color options allow the silicone component to follow the assembly. Define the inner opening, outer boundary and section thickness or diameter using the actual mating surfaces. The selected formulation should suit the medium, temperature and cleaning conditions.
During installation, position the part without stretching one area excessively. Check that closing movement does not roll a round section or drag a flat edge out of its seat. Evaluate the complete joint under representative operating conditions. During maintenance, inspect the contact pattern for uneven compression or extrusion into a gap. If the sealing configuration is changed, review the receiving geometry as well as the rubber part. A different section should not be used simply to make a loose fit feel tighter.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
