A rubber seal washer can be custom molded with a round or square outline to suit the mating assembly. The outline and cross-section should be specified separately, since an O-ring and a flat gasket occupy a seat differently. The joint geometry is the starting point for selecting the finished component.
For a round arrangement, compare the relevant diameters and section. For a square shape, include the side dimensions, corner transitions, and central opening. The supported contact width should continue around the complete path without forcing the rubber across locating features.
Select the material for the actual environment and install the seal cleanly in its intended orientation. Check corners or the inner circumference before closure, then use the assembly's normal closing method. During maintenance, inspect hidden edges for damage and compare replacements with the required dimensions rather than a distorted used shape. Keep different outline and section variants separated so that similar-looking parts are not confused during servicing.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
