Product Overview

A molded white rubber seal offers a light-colored component for a custom joint or washer arrangement. Its dimensions, outline, and compound can be selected for the assembly. Where oil exposure is expected, choose the formulation for the actual fluid rather than treating the white appearance as an indicator of performance.

The visible color can help distinguish the seal from nearby dark components during assembly. Use that distinction alongside the required shape and material specification, especially when several similar parts are handled together. Inner openings and outside edges need to align with the mating surfaces so that the contact region remains supported.

Fit the seal on clean parts and check its position before applying compression. A trapped fold can be easier to notice against a contrasting surface, but the full contact path still needs inspection. During care, remove residue using a method compatible with the selected rubber. If the seal has swollen, torn, or permanently changed thickness, replace it with the correct variant rather than selecting a visually similar part from another application.

Material options
Rubber. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Specify the white gasket grade for the required deformation and actual oil exposure; color does not establish how the compressed compound behaves.
Custom dimensions
Inner openings and outside edges need to align with the mating surfaces so that the contact region remains supported.
Fit & assembly
Fit the seal on clean parts and check its position before applying compression.
Use & inspection
During care, remove residue using a method compatible with the selected rubber.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
