Product Overview

A custom anti-vibration buffer needs its body and attachment selected for the position it occupies under normal loading. The Buna-N formulation should suit the actual temperature and substances. The unloaded shape is useful for dimensions, but the complete assembly determines the working relationship.

Check the supported component and the clearance around the rubber once the equipment reaches its normal condition. A nearby hard surface should not make unintended contact as the body deforms. The load should enter the intended working region rather than a narrow unsupported edge.

Install through the specified arrangement and evaluate the equipment in its normal configuration. During maintenance, inspect contact patterns, cracks, and persistent changes in position. Examine adjacent structures if wear repeatedly occurs in one area. Use a replacement with the required compound and profile rather than fitting a taller buffer to conceal a changed load or alignment. Preserving the original working position maintains the intended flexible interface within the assembly.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. A nearby hard surface should not make unintended contact as the body deforms.
Custom geometry
The unloaded shape is useful for dimensions, but the complete assembly determines the working relationship.
Fit evaluation
Install through the specified arrangement and evaluate the equipment in its normal configuration.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
