A square rubber washer needs adequate support along its sides as well as through the corners. The custom gasket outline should follow the mating faces, with the inner opening and outer boundary defining the working width. Thickness should suit the designed closing gap.
Check for local recesses or fastener features that interrupt the supporting surface. A broad-looking washer may have less useful contact if part of it bridges a gap. The ring should settle naturally in its seat without being pulled into place at one corner.
Select the material for the actual temperature and substances. Install on clean surfaces and inspect all four sides before closure. Use the assembly's intended sequence so that one region is not displaced while another is already held. During maintenance, remove deposits from the seat and examine the washer for cuts or uneven permanent compression. Replace with the matching outline and section rather than adding width or thickness without checking the underlying contact geometry.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
