An anti collision suction cup pad combines a suction attachment concept with a rubber contact region intended to sit between adjoining items. The custom shape and dimensions should suit both the surface holding the pad and the place where contact occurs. These two functions need to be evaluated separately in the finished arrangement.
Check whether the suction region can seat fully without crossing a surface edge or gap. Then review how the opposing item meets the pad. Contact should occur at the intended region without pushing the pad sideways or peeling its attachment away. Any cushioning requirement must be assessed with the actual movement and contact force.
Material selection should suit the surfaces and cleaning conditions. Keep grit off the pad so it does not become trapped between the items, and inspect for a cut or persistent flattening where contact repeats. If the pad regularly shifts, examine the placement and direction of contact before choosing a larger version. A greater visible size does not necessarily correct an attachment that is being peeled during use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
