A screw with suction cups arrangement connects the suction component to a compatible holder or mechanism. The fastener should position the cup so force reaches it through the intended axis. An attachment pulled sideways can distort the body and change lip contact even when the screw remains secure.
Check the receiving thread and the contact surface as separate interfaces. Both must suit the selected configuration, including any vacuum passage required by the system. Surface texture and leakage can affect retention independently of the fastening strength.
Evaluate the complete assembly under its intended orientation and movement rather than assigning a holding value from the screw size. During use, inspect the rim after the attached item is adjusted or repositioned. Keep dirt away from the contact edge and check the mounting feature for damage. Replace a cup that has lost its original profile instead of tightening the screw further in an attempt to restore a surface seal that the distorted rubber can no longer maintain.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
