A rubber table suction cup should remain correctly located between its designated mounting and the glass surface. Moving or lifting the glass during cleaning can disturb that interface, so the contact should be inspected again when the top is returned to its intended position.
Develop the cup dimensions and material around the table design, available contact area and mounting arrangement. Check that the supporting structure presents the cup squarely to the glass. The component should be evaluated with the complete furniture assembly rather than assigned a holding capacity from its material or name.
Keep the cup lip and glass contact area clean using a compatible method. After positioning, inspect for a folded edge or a cup that has shifted in its mount. If one contact remains uneven, examine the support alignment before forcing the glass down. During replacement, preserve the selected mounting and profile so the new part meets the surface in the same intended location without altering the way the table top rests.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
