Product Overview

Rubber double sides industrial suction cups connect through two separate contact faces. Both receiving surfaces and the way force passes between them need to be considered. A strong contact at one side does not establish that the opposite side is equally suited to its surface or loading direction.

Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color allow the profile to follow the assembly. Define the available area, surface finish and relative alignment at each face. The body should not be held in an unintended twist when both sides are seated.

Evaluate the complete connection under representative loads and movement. Check whether placing the second face disturbs the first and establish the intended release sequence. No general capacity follows from having two suction surfaces.

Where the two receiving surfaces differ in finish or curvature, assess each side under its own contact conditions before evaluating them together. The installation order should leave both faces visible enough to confirm seating where practical. A hidden first face may be disturbed while the second component is pressed into position.

Keep both faces clean and inspect their rims for cuts, debris or curling before reuse. During maintenance, determine which interface is losing contact and examine its surface condition separately. If the spacing or angle between the receiving components changes, review the full cup geometry rather than forcing the flexible body to accommodate an unassessed offset between its two faces.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. If the spacing or angle between the receiving components changes, review the full cup geometry rather than forcing the flexible body to accommodate an unassessed offset between its two faces.
Custom geometry
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color allow the profile to follow the assembly.
Fit evaluation
The installation order should leave both faces visible enough to confirm seating where practical.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
