NBR rubber round washers, gaskets, and O-rings can be customized for different circular sealing interfaces. Their outer similarity should not obscure the importance of cross-section. A flat washer and a rounded ring need different seating arrangements and should be matched to the specific joint.
Identify the inner diameter, outside boundary, and working thickness or section shape. The seal should remain supported when the joint closes, without rolling out of place or obstructing a passage. The actual mating surfaces determine the required profile. Keep that geometry consistent when comparing replacement versions.
NBR selection should account for the medium, temperature, and duration of contact. The material name does not assign one operating limit to every shape in the range. During fitting, keep the rubber clean and avoid cuts from nearby edges. If several seal versions are used in one assembly, keep them separated so a nearly matching ring is not installed in a seat intended for a different section.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
