A custom compression silicone rubber sleeve should be developed around the surfaces that support and contact it in the industrial assembly. The bore, wall profile and length need to match the mating components. Establish the intended compressed region rather than allowing the sleeve to be squeezed unpredictably wherever surrounding hardware closes.
Check the fitting sequence and final position. An internal shoulder can stop the sleeve early, while excess length can fold at an end. The part should reach its seat without being dragged across a sharp edge or forced into a gap outside its working area.
Choose the finished silicone formulation for the actual medium, temperature and mechanical conditions. Evaluate the completed interface under its intended use. During maintenance, look for local bulging, cuts or persistent deformation that reveals uneven support. Clean mating surfaces before refitting and preserve the specified geometry. A thicker wall should not be assumed to correct an assembly that compresses the sleeve at the wrong location or leaves part of it unsupported.

Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
