Product Overview

A rubber industrial suction cup provides a contact interface within a vacuum handling or holding arrangement. Custom size, profile, and hardness can be selected for the workpiece and mounting system. The cup lip needs to meet a suitable surface while the rest of the assembly maintains the intended position and operating conditions.

Consider the workpiece where the cup actually touches it. Surface texture, curvature, seams, or contamination can change the available contact. The direction of movement and the time the part remains held also belong in the assessment. Evaluate the cup with the complete vacuum arrangement rather than inferring capacity from its diameter or visual shape.

Mount the cup so it can approach the workpiece without an unintended tilt. Keep the lip clean, inspect it for damage, and prevent debris from entering the relevant vacuum path. If several cups share one workpiece, arrange them so each can establish its intended contact. Release the part through the system's planned sequence instead of using the mounting hardware to peel the rubber away under uncontrolled load.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Custom size, profile, and hardness can be selected for the workpiece and mounting system.
Custom geometry
Evaluate the cup with the complete vacuum arrangement rather than inferring capacity from its diameter or visual shape.
Fit evaluation
Consider the workpiece where the cup actually touches it.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
