Product Overview

An industrial strength suction cup should be selected through the actual attachment conditions rather than through a general strength description. Custom material, dimensions, hardness, and color allow the cup to follow the application. Its contact face, upper connection, and supporting equipment all contribute to the way force reaches the surface.

Identify the surface material, finish, flatness, and available area. Seams, porosity, contamination, or curvature can interrupt the rim's contact. The direction and duration of loading also matter, particularly where the attached component projects away from the surface or experiences movement.

Establish the intended operating limits for the complete arrangement and evaluate it in that configuration. Cup diameter alone does not define a load rating. Keep the supported item controlled while fitting and checking the cup, and use any additional retention required by the equipment design.

Before each placement, inspect the contact lip and remove particles from both surfaces. Seat the cup through its intended method without dragging the rim across an edge. For removal, release the suction deliberately rather than forcing the connection apart. Maintenance should include the mounting region above the cup as well as the flexible rim. Replace damaged components with the specified geometry and material, then reassess the arrangement before returning it to operation.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Its contact face, upper connection, and supporting equipment all contribute to the way force reaches the surface.
Custom geometry
Custom material, dimensions, hardness, and color allow the cup to follow the application.
Fit evaluation
Keep the supported item controlled while fitting and checking the cup, and use any additional retention required by the equipment design.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
