Large rubber grommets protect cables, hoses and other routed items at sizeable panel openings. This page provides several dimensioned families, allowing the outside footprint, usable passage and panel fit to be compared together. The rubber surrounds the cutout so the routed item does not sit directly against its edge. ETOL supplies large rubber grommets to order, with the required bore, groove width and outside dimensions used to identify the appropriate configuration.
The 70 mm outside-diameter group fits a 60 mm panel hole and offers 50 or 55 mm internal openings. The 80 mm group moves to a 70 mm panel hole with 60 or 65 mm bores. A 90 mm group fits an 80 mm hole and lists 70 or 75 mm bores, while the 100 mm group uses a 90 mm hole with 80 or 85 mm internal openings. These are separate geometries rather than one size that stretches to cover the whole range.
Within these groups, the table includes panel thicknesses from 2 to 10 mm in 2 mm increments. Overall thickness changes with the selected version. For instance, RG70-50-60-2 is listed at 10 mm overall thickness, whereas RG70-50-60-10 is 18 mm thick. That difference matters when space behind the panel is limited.
Choose the panel interface first, then compare the internal opening with the routed bundle and its assembly sequence. A wide bore may still be too small for an attached connector or fitting. Material, hardness and color are customizable, and the compound should suit the conditions around the passage.
After fitting, support heavy runs separately and examine the lower edge where their weight would otherwise concentrate. Leave sufficient access to inspect the retaining groove during servicing; large cables can obscure a displaced flange once the assembly is complete.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The 70 mm outside-diameter group fits a 60 mm panel hole and offers 50 or 55 mm internal openings. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
