Product Overview

A silicone rubber mount with M3, M4, M5, or M6 connection options should be selected through both the fastening requirement and the equipment support design. The thread designation identifies one part of the mechanical fit. The molded body still needs suitable dimensions and material for the actual load and movement.

Compare the receiving thread, usable engagement, and available clearance. Then establish the installed height and contact arrangement required at the mount. A larger fastener does not by itself establish greater useful damping or a suitable load capacity for every body shape.

Consider all support positions in the machine. Uneven load distribution or rigid connections across the mounts can affect the complete installation. Fit through the intended hardware procedure and inspect for twist or local interference.

Evaluate the equipment under its normal operating conditions. During routine care, check the connections for loosening and the rubber for cuts or a lasting change in position. Use replacements matching the original support requirements as well as the thread size, preserving the intended alignment instead of substituting solely from the available fastening option.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. Compare the receiving thread, usable engagement, and available clearance.
Custom geometry
The molded body still needs suitable dimensions and material for the actual load and movement.
Fit evaluation
Then establish the installed height and contact arrangement required at the mount.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
