Mechanical rubber buttons provide flexible control faces in a matching silicone keypad assembly. Custom sizes, colors and logos allow the layout to suit the equipment interface. The molded structure must fit the panel while permitting each button's intended movement toward the mechanism beneath it.
Check the edges of the key field where the housing retains the rubber. A pinched perimeter can affect several nearby controls, making the problem appear to be in an individual key. Seat the entire keypad before fastening and inspect its position afterward.
Compare key response across the layout using the actual internal support. Different face sizes may require different geometry even when the same hardness is selected. Engraved or embossed markings should remain clear of uncomfortable pressure points. During maintenance, keep the underside clean and restore the original orientation before closing the enclosure. If operation changes after reassembly, review support spacing and panel clearance rather than adjusting a button with extra material beneath it. The molded key should move naturally within the arrangement for which it was developed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
