A mushroom head feature on a small silicone suction cup should be developed for the receiving attachment. The wider head and narrower neck need to locate the cup without twisting its contact face. The mounting feature and suction rim serve different interfaces and should be specified together.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color allow the part to follow the assembly. Check how the head passes into its seat and whether the surrounding component leaves the neck in a relaxed alignment. Excessive stretching during fitting can damage a small transition beneath the head.
Evaluate the complete cup on the actual contact surface and under the intended force direction. The mounting should let the rim meet evenly rather than pulling it at an angle. Keep both interfaces clean and inspect the neck as well as the contact edge during maintenance. If the cup repeatedly comes loose, determine whether the mounting head is disengaging or the suction contact is being lost. Those conditions require different corrections within the assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
