A silicone rubber flat washer provides a broad, flat contact section around an opening. The custom inner and outer dimensions should match the mating faces or receiving recess. Its geometry differs from a round-section O-ring, so the joint should be designed for the selected form.
Check how the rubber is supported when the parts close. A flat washer needs room across its width, while a round ring typically occupies a groove that controls its deformation. Similar diameters alone do not make those parts interchangeable. Thickness also affects the final assembly position.
Select the silicone compound for the medium, temperature, and cleaning routine. Install the washer on clean surfaces and keep it centered without twist or unnecessary stretch. Avoid using excessive fastening force to make an unsuitable thickness fit. Inspect the complete joint under its expected conditions, then check the rubber and mating surfaces during maintenance. A replacement should preserve the intended profile rather than conceal wear or misalignment in the adjoining components.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
