EPDM rubber feet can provide compliant supports beneath equipment when that compound suits the installation environment. A similar molded foot may also be offered in silicone or another rubber, but matching shapes do not make the materials interchangeable. The actual contact with moisture, cleaners and other substances should guide selection.
Define the support height and fastening relationship around the equipment base. The rubber needs a suitable contact area below and secure retention above. Any required load or vibration behavior must be evaluated for the complete support arrangement rather than inferred from the compound name.
Check the feet after installation for even seating and clearance from exposed rigid hardware. During maintenance, inspect both the underside and the area around the fixing, especially after the equipment has been moved. If a foot changes shape or deteriorates after exposure to a new substance, review the material choice before replacing it. Preserve the intended dimensions so a compound change does not also introduce an unplanned change in height or fit.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
