Silicone prototype buttons make it possible to examine a custom control shape in the intended assembly. The molded dimensions can follow the proposed housing and switch positions, allowing the visible face and underlying clearance to be evaluated together. A physical prototype is particularly useful for checking relationships that are difficult to judge from the outer shape alone.
Fit the buttons into the representative panel and check the normal finger approach. Look at spacing between controls, the exposed height, and whether the housing obscures any part of the usable face. The underside needs to align with the switch without being held down by enclosure compression.
Evaluate the prototype with the case secured, since a loose stack may not reproduce the final travel. Keep track of changes to the housing, switch position, and molded part together so one adjustment does not create a new interference elsewhere. Markings and color can then be checked in the visible layout. Prototype fit observations should inform the final design, while any durability or environmental requirements need their own assessment on the intended production construction.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The underside needs to align with the switch without being held down by enclosure compression. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
