A square gasket needs corner geometry that follows the mating seat as closely as its straight sides. This custom silicone rubber seal can be developed with the required outline, central opening, and flat section. The supported contact width should remain appropriate around the complete perimeter.
Compare the corner radius and the transition into each side. A gasket may match the overall dimensions yet lift locally where those features differ. Thickness should be selected from the closing gap so that the mating parts reach their intended position.
Fit the gasket without pulling one corner ahead of the others. Check the inner edge and all four sides before the joint closes, then use the assembly's specified closing sequence. Select the silicone formulation for the actual contents and cleaning conditions. During maintenance, inspect corner transitions for tears and remove deposits from the seat. Replace with the matching outline and section rather than reshaping an approximately square washer to fit.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
