Match the attachment and installation method
Small rubber suction cups with a mushroom head need clearance around the attachment as well as the contact face. The wider head sits behind a retaining feature, so nearby hardware can restrict it even when the visible cup has enough room.
Check the region behind the holder before installation. Leave room for the head to reach its intended shape after it passes the opening. If several cups sit close together, inspect whether neighboring heads or supporting features touch and prevent independent seating.
At the working surface, each cup should meet its assigned area without an adjacent attachment holding it at an angle. Evaluate the actual arrangement under its intended force and movement; a small cup's appearance does not establish a working capacity.
During maintenance, release the surface contact before removing the cup from its holder. Inspect the concealed head for contact marks from nearby hardware as well as damage at the neck. Replacing a cup with a larger head can reduce hidden clearance, so preserve the complete attachment envelope rather than choosing only a matching lip diameter.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
