Product Overview

An NBR suction cup in a double-sucker arrangement needs each intended contact area to meet its surface properly. The presence of two suction features does not guarantee equal loading, particularly if the surfaces are misaligned or one cup encounters a seam. The surrounding assembly should allow the contact geometry to work as designed.

Check the spacing, connection and available movement before selecting the part. A rigid arrangement can leave one contact partly lifted if the receiving surface is uneven. NBR compound selection must also reflect the substances and conditions around the cup; it should not be treated as universally compatible with any oily or outdoor setting.

Clean the contact areas and inspect the rims for cuts before attachment. Evaluate retention under the actual direction of force and intended movement without inferring a load rating from the number of cups. Release each contact through its intended edge or mechanism rather than pulling the assembly away by force. Replace damaged rubber when either contact can no longer form its intended seal.

Material options
NBR compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Release each contact through its intended edge or mechanism rather than pulling the assembly away by force.
Custom geometry
A rigid arrangement can leave one contact partly lifted if the receiving surface is uneven.
Fit evaluation
Check the spacing, connection and available movement before selecting the part.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Review the intended assembly

Working conditions

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.

Material and structure

Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.

Installation

Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
