Product Overview

A Pump Suction Cup in black NBR can be customized for the contact surface and mounting arrangement of the intended system. Repeated placement introduces more than a single holding requirement: the cup must approach the surface correctly, establish contact and release through the planned operating sequence.

Material, dimensions, hardness and color can be specified, with custom hardness choices from 30 to 90 Shore A. Select the NBR formulation for the surface condition and any fluids encountered during operation. The cup profile should suit the available contact area without crossing grooves, edges or other interruptions that affect the rim.

Evaluate the actual system over representative cycles, including the direction of loading and the condition of the surface after repeated contact. If a vacuum supply is part of the installation, its operating arrangement must be assessed together with the cup and connections. A cup's appearance does not establish a universal holding force.

Inspect the rim for embedded debris and uneven wear, and check the attachment when placement begins to drift. Keep replacement cups stored without bending their contact edges. Recurrent contact loss at one side can indicate alignment or surface variation as well as cup damage.

Material options
NBR compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. The cup profile should suit the available contact area without crossing grooves, edges or other interruptions that affect the rim.
Custom geometry
Select the NBR formulation for the surface condition and any fluids encountered during operation.
Fit evaluation
Evaluate the actual system over representative cycles, including the direction of loading and the condition of the surface after repeated contact.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
