A Neoprene rubber washer provides an annular rubber interface between mating faces. When used as a sealing ring, its inner opening, outside diameter and thickness need to match the joint together. The surrounding hardware should apply contact where intended instead of pushing the rubber into an unsupported gap.
Check that the washer lies flat before the joint is tightened. Its center must clear the passing component without bunching, and its outer edge should remain within the supported seating area. A fastener head or clamping face that is too small can distort only the middle of the washer rather than compressing the intended sealing band.
Custom dimensions and color are available, with material selected for the joint environment. Evaluate the seal using the assembled faces and the intended tightening method. During disassembly, inspect for cuts, extrusion at the edge or a permanent uneven profile. A damaged washer should be renewed; adding more tightening force to compensate can further distort the rubber and leave the underlying seating issue unchanged.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
