Custom industrial rubber mount feet can be developed for the support points of equipment. The attachment and working height should suit the structure, while the rubber body needs appropriate support and clearance. Check the region around each foot so the intended load is not transferred through an adjacent rigid part.
Review the equipment in its assembled operating position. A bracket or housing edge may clear the floor or support at rest but make contact when the rubber compresses. That changes the support arrangement and can lead to localized wear or unexpected movement.
Select the finished compound for the load, environment and cleaning conditions. Assess the complete equipment rather than assigning a performance level to a foot by appearance. During maintenance, inspect attachment points and contact faces for displacement or persistent flattening. A replacement should preserve the working height and geometry. Correct any neighboring interference before fitting another foot so the new part can operate within the space intended for it.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The attachment and working height should suit the structure, while the rubber body needs appropriate support and clearance. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
