This round flat rubber washer provides a shaped layer around a central opening within a custom assembly. The inside diameter, outside diameter, and thickness should be selected together to suit the mating parts. Its flat cross section needs support across the intended contact area.
For a warm location, choose the compound for the actual temperature and exposure duration. The washer's compression also depends on the fastening arrangement and the space available as the joint closes. Material suitability and dimensional fit need to be established separately rather than assuming that a heat-resistant description resolves both.
Check that the central hole clears the intended fastener or shaft without leaving an excessively narrow supported ring. Install the washer flat on clean surfaces and avoid trapping an edge as the parts are tightened. If the washer serves a sealing role, evaluate the complete joint with the actual medium and operating conditions. During service, inspect for cuts or permanent flattening and replace the washer with the correct thickness so the assembled stack remains as intended.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
