Small rubber o rings need careful handling because a twist or small particle can affect a substantial portion of their contact area. This silicone ring option can be customized in size and hardness for a compact sealing location. The ring dimensions should be selected with the groove and mating parts that control its compression.
Distinguish the inside diameter from the cross-section when comparing sizes. Two rings may have similar overall diameters yet occupy the groove differently. The groove width and depth must provide the intended space for the selected section once the assembly is closed.
Keep the ring clean during installation and avoid stretching it over unnecessary sharp features. After positioning, check that it lies evenly rather than rolling into a twist. Close the mating parts in the intended alignment so that the ring does not become pinched at one side. Where water exposure is involved, assess the complete joint under its actual operating conditions. Replace a seal that has cuts or a lasting flattened shape instead of trying to restore it by stretching.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
