This plastic locking suction cup has a nominal diameter of 60 mm and combines a suction face with a mechanical locking action. For an installation to remain convenient, the cup needs both a suitable contact area and enough surrounding room to operate the lock without disturbing neighboring objects.
Check that clearance with the intended accessory attached. A cup may fit into a narrow space while its locking movement is blocked by a shelf, frame or projecting edge. Press the contact face evenly into position before operating the mechanism, and avoid using the lock to drag a partly seated cup flat.
Custom sizes, colors and molded logos are available. Hardness is also selectable, allowing the flexible portion to be considered alongside the rest of the assembly rather than treating every 60 mm cup as interchangeable.
Keep the lip free of grit during handling and storage. When releasing the mount, support the attached object first so its weight cannot snap the mechanism open. Examine the cup after repeated repositioning; a folded or nicked edge should be addressed before the mount is loaded again. Establish the working load with the intended attachment, contact surface and locking mechanism operating together in the finished installation.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
