Match the attachment and installation method
Glass suction cups with hooks combine a surface contact with a projecting attachment point. The hook's position creates an offset between the carried item and the glass, so the load can apply a turning effect to the cup. The complete arrangement should be evaluated for the intended item and use.
Custom dimensions, materials, hardness and color can follow the product. Define the hook geometry and its connection to the cup, including clearance for placing and removing the item. The flexible rim should remain undistorted by the attachment.
Check the actual glass surface for coatings, curvature or features that interrupt contact. Clean the mating areas and evaluate representative loading and handling. A hook or cup size does not establish a universal capacity. During maintenance, inspect the hook connection as well as the rim for damage or loosening. If the hanging position changes, review its turning effect on the cup. Remove the contact through the intended method rather than pulling sharply on the hook to release the entire assembly.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
