A protective rubber cap shields a component end with a custom flexible cover. Its outside profile needs to suit the space through which the component is handled, as well as the cavity that holds it. A lip that catches on neighboring parts can gradually pull a correctly sized cap away from its seat.
Check the covered component through its normal handling route. Look for narrow clearances, projecting hardware or packaging features that brush against the cap. Choose the engagement and outer shape so protection stays in place without unnecessary bulk. ETOL offers size, material and color customization for that fit. Install the cover evenly and inspect its rim after the first handling trial. If one area repeatedly lifts, correct the interference rather than pushing it back down each time. Keep the inner cavity clean whenever the cap is removed, and replace a torn edge before it begins catching more easily. The cover should remain a practical protective feature throughout the actual movement of the component.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
