Rubber end cap tips cover the ends of matching components with a removable protective layer. Their dimensions, material and color can be customized, with optional logos. For parts packed or stored together, the cap should remain on the end without introducing an awkward projection that catches neighboring items.
Check the cap's engagement when the component is lifted from its tray or packing position. Side contact can roll a loose rim even if the cap stays attached during a straight pull test. Match the internal contour to the end and allow the part to seat without folding the wall inward.
Keep the cap's inside clean before reuse, especially after unpacking. Debris lodged in the cavity can rub the covered surface during movement. Avoid storing loose caps under heavy objects that flatten their openings. Before putting a capped component back into service, remove the cover and inspect the end rather than assuming protection was continuous throughout storage. A cap with a stretched rim should be replaced so it does not detach unnoticed during the next handling step.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
