Sticky rubber protector furniture pads provide a compliant interface at a chosen furniture contact point. Their outline should suit the actual base or edge rather than cover a wider area than the adhesive can support. A pad applied partly over a recess can bend during movement and start to detach.
Custom size, color, material and hardness options allow the pad to follow the furniture design. Establish whether its main duty is resting contact, cushioning at a stop or repeated repositioning. That duty influences both the rubber and the adhesive selection.
Clean and prepare the receiving surface using a method suitable for the finish and adhesive. Position the pad so its working face meets the intended opposing surface evenly. Evaluate marking and movement on the actual material combination. During maintenance, remove grit from the rubber and inspect the bond perimeter. A pad that catches whenever the furniture moves may need a revised location or outline. Repeatedly pressing a peeling edge back down does not restore the original adhesive condition or correct an unsupported mounting area.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
