Rubber Cushioning Pads add a flexible contact surface to a chair or other furniture component. The adhesive backing needs full support from the mounting area, while the rubber should meet the intended opposing surface. Custom structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color can suit the furniture detail.
Choose a location where the entire backing lies on a compatible, prepared surface. Avoid placing an edge over a recess or onto a curve it cannot follow naturally. The contact should not continually scrape sideways across the pad in a way that lifts its adhesive perimeter. Trial the furniture in its normal use after the selected backing has been applied correctly. During cleaning, remove hard debris from the rubber face and examine the bonded edge for separation. A pad that is coming loose should be renewed after restoring the mounting area. Do not use a thicker pad simply to cover a damaged base or uneven furniture joint without checking the resulting contact and support position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
