Round non-skid rubber pads should be assessed with the furniture and flooring they will actually contact. The circular footprint provides a defined support area, but resistance to movement depends on the finish, load, and cleanliness of that interface. A pad that behaves well on one surface may need a different configuration when the furniture moves to another room or floor material.
Match the diameter and thickness to the furniture support. Keep the entire pad seated on its intended mounting surface and check the installed height alongside the other feet. A partly supported circle can lean or deform unevenly under load.
Fit the pads using the selected attachment arrangement and evaluate the completed furniture in normal use. Inspect the underside for grit before placing it on a finished floor. During care, check for an edge that has rolled, worn, or detached from its seat. If the furniture begins rocking, compare the support heights and wear patterns rather than assuming the floor contact material alone is responsible.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
