Match the attachment and installation method
Custom silicone push in rubber feet use a molded retaining feature to locate the foot in an opening. The retaining shape should match the hole and panel thickness, while the exposed pad provides the intended stand-off. A correct installed height depends on the foot reaching its full seat.
Prepare the opening by removing sharp burrs and debris. Fit the retaining section through the intended installation method without cutting a thin rubber edge. Inspect around the base and, where possible, behind the panel to confirm engagement. A partly inserted foot may look secure from above but leave the equipment standing unevenly.
The complete support set should be checked with the product in its normal configuration. Material and dimensions need to suit the contact surface and loading. During maintenance, inspect the hidden retaining section if a foot repeatedly loosens. A replacement must match the full geometry rather than only the visible pad, since a different stem can change both retention and installed projection.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
