Product Overview

Radiator rubber mounts provide custom compliant support points between a radiator assembly and its surrounding structure. Their shape, material, and installed height should preserve the required position while allowing the intended rubber deformation. The support layout needs to be considered with the radiator's connections attached.

Connected lines can influence the way the radiator rests on its mounts. If they pull strongly in one direction, the rubber may carry a different load from that expected during an unloaded fit check. Evaluate the completed arrangement for alignment and clearance around neighboring components. Each mount should be properly seated, with no sharp feature touching its flexible working area.

The local environment guides compound selection, including temperature and substances that may reach the support. During replacement, inspect the mounting seats and remove remnants of the old parts. A new mount fitted over debris can change the radiator's height or tilt. If wear is concentrated at one position, examine the load distribution and connections instead of assuming every support has experienced the same conditions.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Evaluate the selected compound in the actual mounting seats, with the full support arrangement assembled.
Custom geometry
Evaluate the completed arrangement for alignment and clearance around neighboring components.
Fit evaluation
Each mount should be properly seated, with no sharp feature touching its flexible working area.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
