A rubber sink plug can be customized as a solid block stopper for a selected sink opening. The working profile needs to suit the opening at its contact depth, while the exposed portion should remain easy to remove. Matching only the visible rim can leave the stopper seated too high or pushed farther in than intended.
Check the sink fitting for a taper, step or internal feature that limits insertion. Position the plug so it engages the intended surface without forcing it against the structure below. Material, dimensions and color can be selected around the fitting and the water and cleaning conditions involved. Keep the rim clear of residue before fitting the stopper. After use, remove it by the intended gripping area and clean the contact band rather than scraping it against the drain edge. If the plug develops a cut or becomes difficult to seat consistently, replace it with the correct profile. A tighter push should not be used to hide a damaged or mismatched sealing surface.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
