Silicone conductive numeric keypads can be customized with rubber buttons and identifying details for a number entry interface. The number layout on the visible side should correspond accurately to the contact pattern below. Custom dimensions, colors and printed or molded markings allow that arrangement to follow the intended device.
Check the layout after the circuit board and housing are assembled. A shifted sheet can affect the contact position even while the printed numbers remain visible through their openings. Assess individual keys and short input sequences, including presses near the edges of the usable surface.
The conductive arrangement needs evaluation with the actual circuit, while the rubber must return freely between inputs. Keep residue away from the contact side during installation. For care, use a cleaning method compatible with the material and markings. If number entry becomes inconsistent, inspect board alignment, key travel and contact cleanliness separately. A stronger press may temporarily hide a problem without correcting the position of the moving contact beneath the number.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
