A Rubber Flange Washer places a shaped rubber contact layer within a matching flange arrangement. The outer area must be supported where compression is applied, and the central opening should clear the intended passage or fitting. A washer shifted off center can have different contact conditions on opposite sides of the same joint.
Select the material and dimensions for the actual connection and water exposure. The word waterproof does not establish a pressure or ingress rating for an unspecified assembly. The washer, mating faces and fastening method need to be evaluated together under the intended conditions.
Before installation, inspect the flange for residue, scratches and uneven contact areas. Position the washer centrally and bring the joint together using the specified sequence. Look for pinched material or an edge that moves outward during tightening. If leakage occurs, examine the seating and alignment as well as the rubber. Replacing a washer without correcting a damaged flange can leave the same irregular contact in the repaired joint.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
