Rubber feet formed as adhesive strips provide an extended contact line where separate small pads do not match the base layout. This custom foot pad can be sized to follow the intended seating area, with its length, width, and thickness coordinated with nearby features. The rubber mat portion forms the exposed support face.
Longer pads need consistent support underneath. A strip that bridges a step or hollow section may bond only at its ends and flex differently along its length. Check the entire mounting path before installation, including any screw heads or seams that interrupt the surface.
Align the strip without stretching it. Working from one end can help maintain its position, provided the adhesive is pressed evenly across the full width. The selected bond must suit the substrate and expected service conditions. After fitting, check that the product rests evenly and that no section has curled away from the base. During cleaning, inspect the ends, where repeated handling can begin to lift an otherwise well-seated strip.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
