Chair leg silicone feet should fit the leg profile over a defined engagement length. The sleeve cavity needs to follow the finished leg, including coatings, taper and corner shape. A close fit at the opening may still leave the leg unsupported deeper inside the foot.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color can match the chair design. Check how the leg meets the floor and whether the sole rests evenly in the normal loaded position. The complete set should preserve the chair's intended stance.
Inspect the leg ends for sharp edges before fitting and clear particles from the cavities. Seat each sleeve without folding its opening inward. Evaluate movement and surface marking on the actual floor finish where appropriate. During maintenance, remove grit from the soles and compare wear across the chair. If one sleeve repeatedly loosens or wears through, review the leg geometry and loading at that position. A thicker silicone foot will not necessarily correct a rail end that is sharp or poorly seated.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
