A custom gasket washer is a preformed rubber component developed for a particular sealing interface. NBR and EPDM are available material choices, each selected for the actual exposure and joint requirements. The product is defined by its finished geometry and compound rather than treated as a liquid gasket-making material.
Specify the contact outline, openings, and working thickness around the mating parts. The seal should remain located during closure and receive the intended compression without being pushed into an unsupported space. The actual medium, temperature, and cleaning conditions guide the choice between material configurations.
During assembly, keep the sealing faces clean and the gasket flat. A similar-looking NBR or EPDM part should not be substituted solely because its outside dimensions match. Review the removed seal for an uneven contact pattern or localized cuts before fitting a replacement. Those observations can identify a seat or alignment issue that needs correction so the new component works in the interface for which it was developed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
