A rubber washer used at an oil exposed connection should sit on a supported face that controls its compression. The inner diameter needs clearance around the intended feature without leaving the washer free to drift away from the sealing path. Its outer edge should remain within the area supported by the mating component.
Select the formulation for the actual oil, temperature, and cleaning process. The mixture contacting the part may differ from the primary fluid if additives or residue are present. Choose thickness around the joint's closing gap rather than using more rubber to hide a damaged or uneven face.
Center the washer before fastening and keep rotating hardware from dragging it into a crease. Assess sealing on the completed joint under its intended conditions. During service, inspect the inner edge for extrusion and the face for uneven flattening. Correct a supporting surface or closing alignment issue before replacement so the next washer is not loaded against the same defect that affected the previous part.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. An oil-joint washer needs enough center clearance without room to drift off its sealing path. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
