Rubber gasket seal washers provide compliant rings with dimensions and material selected for the joint opening, contact area and environment. A washer needs to remain centered while the assembly closes so the intended rubber section is supported evenly.
Check how the washer is located before tightening begins. A generous central clearance may ease placement but also allow the ring to shift. The outer diameter should remain on the supporting face rather than extending beyond an edge where the rubber can deform freely.
Bring the mating parts together without dragging the washer sideways. Inspect accessible edges for pinching and use the compression defined for the joint. The material should suit any liquid or cleaning exposure at that location. When dismantling, examine the contact pattern before discarding a used washer; it can reveal a shifted ring or an uneven mating face. Restore the alignment when fitting the replacement. Matching only the fastener diameter may miss a difference in thickness that changes the assembled contact.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
