Match the attachment and installation method
A custom Rubber Keypad should remain located while the control cover is brought into place. A broad molded web can shift slightly during that step, leaving some buttons off center even though the keypad was correctly positioned on the open assembly.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, hardness, colors and identification. Define the locating features and panel clearances so the rubber rests without tension. Keep wires and other internal parts clear of the web where the cover will contact it.
Close the housing gradually and inspect key positions before final fastening. Evaluate each input with the intended switch or contact electronics, including keys at the edges of the layout. Check return after slow release to reveal a lip catching on the panel. During service, review the shared locating fit if several keys change response together. Avoid modifying individual buttons before determining whether the whole keypad has shifted, and replace a torn connecting region rather than stretching it around a locator to regain temporary alignment.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
