Product Overview

Suction cups with screw attachments can connect a removable contact interface to a mechanically assembled fixture. The screw allows the cup to be located on the supporting part, while the rubber lip must remain free to seat against the target surface. Custom cup dimensions and mounting geometry can be developed around that arrangement.

For fixtures using more than one cup, consider how the attachment positions share the load. A rigid frame that does not follow the target surface can leave one cup carrying more force than the others. All cups should reach their contact areas without being pulled sideways or compressed unevenly by the frame.

Match the screw engagement to the mating hardware and preserve access for installation. Tightening should secure the connection without distorting the cup body. The target surface needs sufficient smooth area around each contact point, with no lip crossing a seam or opening.

Check the complete fixture through attachment, use, and release. Direction of force, movement, surface contamination, and the vacuum arrangement all influence holding behavior. Clean the rubber rims before reuse and inspect each attachment individually; a secure screw does not confirm that its corresponding suction interface is sealed.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Suction cups with screw attachments can connect a removable contact interface to a mechanically assembled fixture.
Custom geometry
The target surface needs sufficient smooth area around each contact point, with no lip crossing a seam or opening.
Fit evaluation
Match the screw engagement to the mating hardware and preserve access for installation.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
