Rubber feet for furniture can be sized for the available mounting area beneath a cabinet, table or other furnishing. Custom geometry is useful when a base includes narrow rails, recessed attachment points or limited clearance near an edge. The foot should support the structure that carries the load rather than an unsupported decorative panel.
Plan the installed height with the rest of the furniture. Raising a cabinet can affect door clearance or alignment with neighboring units, while a different foot diameter changes the area resting on the floor. The fixing arrangement and rubber formulation should suit the expected movement, cleaning and surface finish.
Place the furniture on all intended supports before assessing level and stability. A foot may look properly attached while making little contact because the base or floor is uneven. Do not use an improvised stack to conceal a poor fit. Check the contact areas when the furniture is moved, and replace worn feet before exposed screws or hard base edges begin touching the floor.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
